Students will learn stretching and basic core strength tumbling and cheer techniques, forward rolls, cartwheel, roundoff, rebounds, handstand, and back walkover/back kick over. Instructors will work with students individually based on their ability and strengths to master each skill with proper form. These skills are the base for all future tumbling skills such as Back Handsprings, Back Tucks, Aerial, etc..
Students learn how to improve flexibility and core strength for a strong tumbling foundation.
Confidence is one of the biggest keys to learning and attempting tumbling skills. We will use a fun, positive, encouraging environment while ensuring proper technique to a great start in an exciting sport of tumbling and competitive cheer
